We are recruiting a temp Warehouse assistant for our food manufacturing client based in North Lanarkshire.

This role has the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate.

The role is working within the busy depot, and will be assisiting with picking, packing, counting & using scanners for products.

A forklift licence is desirable.

The role will be a running 2 x week shift pattern of 40 hours with shift patterns being -

Week 1 - Monday - Tuesday 6am-6pm / Saturday - Sunday 6am-4pm

Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 6am-6pm

What You'll Do

  • Receive, check, and store incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, maintaining product integrity.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided).
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with food safety standards.
  • Assist with stock counts and inventory management using our digital systems.
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to meet daily targets and deadlines.

What You'll Bring

  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Physical stamina to handle manual tasks (lifting, moving stock).
  • Previous warehouse or food handling experience is a plus, but not essential—training will be provided.
  • Reliability and a positive attitude towards learning and growth.
